We are Jenny Smith and Matthew Cartledge, partners who teach Pilates and Yoga.
Our aim is to teach our respective disciplines in a way that is reliant on physical and mental principles that relate to the practical lives of our students.
We believe in the profound benefits of our disciplines to anyone who is interested in strengthening and developing their physical and mental selves by adopting a regular and committed practice. These benefits are available to all whatever your starting point.
We regard Pilates and Yoga as lifelong practices that will help us meet the challenges, both unforeseen and inevitable, that face us all.
