PILATES FOR PRE/REHABILITATION

Pilates based exercise can be a useful tool to those needing rehabilitation following injury, illness or surgery. It can also form part of a prehabilitation programme in preparation for surgery such as hip and knee replacement.

I work with clients on a one to one basis and in small groups - this can be done in person or via zoom if you prefer. If I’m working with you individually I will help you develop a personal programme to prepare or recover from surgery or to recover from illness or injury.
